Eligibility

License:

This event is open to individuals who hold a valid Class 2, Class 2A, or Class 2B Singapore motorcycle license. P-Plate riders are welcome but must display their plates clearly as required by law.

Vehicles (Ride Component):

Participants are required to use their own motorcycles for the Familiarization Ride and the 3D2N Tour. The motorcycle must be roadworthy and valid for use in Malaysia (valid road tax, insurance, and Vehicle Entry Permit/VEP).

Vehicles (Classroom Component):

For the technical workshops (e.g., tyre patching, wheel removal), practice motorcycles or parts will be provided by TRI333PLE. Participants are expected to handle these tools and equipment with care.

Registration

Information:

Participants must provide accurate information during registration. This is vital for border crossing documentation and emergency contact purposes.

Payment:

Registration is confirmed only after full payment is received. All payments are strictly non-refundable.

Travel Documents & Insurance

Participants must possess:

  • Passport: A passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of entry into Malaysia.
  • Travel Insurance: A valid travel insurance policy that specifically covers motorcycling in Malaysia. (Note: Standard personal accident plans may not cover motorcycling overseas. It is the participant's responsibility to verify this coverage).
  • Vehicle Documents: Valid physical or digital copy of vehicle insurance certificate and road tax validity.

Safety

The "Student" Mindset:

This is a guided educational tour. Participants are expected to follow the instructions of the Lead Marshall and Sweepers at all times.

The "Safety Stop" Clause (Right to Remove):

The organizers reserve the right to deny participation or remove a rider from the convoy if their riding ability is deemed unsafe, or if their conduct endangers the group (e.g., reckless speeding, overtaking the Marshall). In such cases, the rider may be asked to travel in the support vehicle, and their motorcycle may be loaded or towed at their own expense. No refunds will be provided.

Gear Requirement:

All participants must wear appropriate riding gear:

  • Approved Helmets (PSB/DOT/ECE approved).
  • Covered shoes/boots (No slippers or sandals).
  • Long pants and long-sleeved jacket/shirt.

Support and Safety Vehicle

A safety vehicle will accompany the tour to provide emergency support and assistance as needed.

Luggage Handling:

Riders with pillions may store luggage in the safety vehicle. All bags must be waterproof as the safety vehicle is open-top. Single riders are required to bring their own safety straps for securing luggage to their motorcycles.

Emergency Assistance:

The support vehicle will provide basic first aid and logistical support in case of unforeseen circumstances. However, participants are responsible for ensuring they can complete the ride safely.

Risk and Liability

Participating in a motorcycle tour involves certain risks, including but not limited to accidents, weather conditions, and actions of other participants. By registering for this event, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to release the organizer, TRI333PLE, from any liability, claims, damages, or losses that may arise from your participation.

During technical workshops, participants must follow safety guidelines when handling tools. TRI333PLE is not liable for minor injuries (cuts/bruises) sustained during technical practice.

Cancellation and Refunds

Organizer-Initiated Cancellations:

In the event of a total cancellation of the tour by the organizers prior to the tour commencement date, participants will receive a full refund of the registration fee. Cancellation of specific itinerary components or route changes after the tour has commenced due to Force Majeure events are governed by Clause 3 (Itinerary Changes) and are non-refundable.

Participant-Initiated Cancellations:

No refunds will be provided for cancellations initiated by participants after payment confirmation.

Itinerary Changes:

The itinerary may change due to traffic conditions or border delays. The organizers will provide updates promptly should such changes occur.

Privacy Policy

All personal data collected (including Passport/NRIC details) will be used solely for the purpose of organizing the event (e.g., hotel bookings, insurance verification) and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering for this event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not proceed with registration.

These Terms and Conditions ensure a safe, transparent, and enjoyable experience for all participants.
