Terms and Conditions: Two Wheel Freedom Ride 2023

Eligibility: This event is open to individuals who hold a valid Class 2/Class 2a Singapore motorcycle license. Participants should own or have access to a Class 2/Class 2a motorcycle, which will be used for the ride. Participants are responsible for ensuring the road-worthiness of their motorcycles. The organizer reserves the right to deny participation if a motorcycle is deemed unsafe or unsuitable for the event.


Registration: Participants must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Any incorrect or misleading information may result in disqualification. Registration is confirmed only after payment has been received.

Insurance Requirement: Participants must have a valid motorcycle insurance policy covering the entire duration of the Two Wheel Freedom Ride 2023. This insurance policy must provide coverage for the participant when riding in West Malaysia. It is the sole responsibility of the participant to ensure that their insurance policy meets these requirements. The event organizers, including DirectAsia Insurance and Tri333ple, will not be held liable for any consequences that may arise due to the failure of the participant to secure the appropriate insurance. Proof of valid motorcycle insurance must be provided upon request by the event organizers.


Safety: All participants are expected to adhere to the road rules and regulations of the countries visited during the tour. Participants are responsible for their own safety and are expected to ride within their abilities.


Risk and Liability: Participating in a motorcycle tour involves certain risks, including but not limited to accidents, weather conditions, and actions of other participants. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you assume full responsibility for these risks and release the organizer, TRI333PLE and DirectAsia, from any liability, claims, damages, or losses that may arise from your participation in the event.


Cancellation and Refunds: The event organizers reserve the right to cancel the event for any reason, including but not limited to, adverse weather, safety concerns, or government restrictions. In the event of cancellation by the organizers, participants will receive a refund of the registration fee. Refunds will not be provided for participant-initiated cancellations.


Privacy: Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for the purpose of the event and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.


Acceptance of Terms: By registering for this event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not register for the event.
