Terms and Conditions: Bikers and Rides Malaysia Loop
Eligibility
This event is open to individuals who hold a valid Class 2 or Class 2A Singapore motorcycle license and will be using their own motorcycles 400cc and above. All participants must meet these criteria to ensure safety and suitability for the ride.
The organizers reserve the right to deny participation if a participant’s riding ability is deemed unsafe or unsuitable for the event.
Registration
Participants must provide accurate and complete information during registration. This information will be used solely for organizing the event, such as booking accommodations and managing group logistics. Any incorrect or misleading information may result in disqualification.
Registration is confirmed only after full payment has been received. All payments are non-refundable once confirmed.
Insurance Requirement
Participants must possess travel insurance that covers medical emergencies in Malaysia for the duration of the tour.
It is the sole responsibility of each participant to ensure that their insurance policy meets these requirements. TRI333PLE will not be held liable for any consequences arising from a participant’s failure to secure the appropriate insurance. Proof of valid insurance must be presented upon request by the organizers.
Safety
All participants are expected to follow the traffic laws and road regulations of Malaysia. Riders are responsible for their own safety and are expected to ride within their skill level at all times.
Support and Safety Vehicle
A safety vehicle with a certified nurse will accompany the tour to provide emergency medical support and assistance as needed. While support will be available, participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically and mentally prepared for the ride.
Risk and Liability
Motorcycle touring involves inherent risks, including but not limited to accidents, weather, and road conditions. By registering, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to release TRI333PLE and its partners from any liability, claims, or losses arising from your participation.
Cancellation and Refunds
- Organizer-Initiated Cancellations: TRI333PLE reserves the right to cancel the event due to reasons such as extreme weather, safety concerns, or regulatory changes. In this case, participants will receive a full refund of the registration fee.
- Participant-Initiated Cancellations: No refunds will be given for cancellations by participants after payment is confirmed.
- Itinerary Changes: Due to traffic, weather, or road conditions, the itinerary may change. The organizers will update all participants promptly in such cases.
Privacy Policy
All personal data collected will be used exclusively for event logistics such as hotel bookings and emergency contact purposes. Information will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
Acceptance of Terms
