1 Eligibility & Registration
- Riders: Open to individuals holding a valid Class 2, 2A, or 2B Singapore motorcycle license. Motorcycles must be Singapore-registered and in road-legal condition.
- Experience: Riders must have at least one year of road riding experience.
- Pillions: Pillion passengers are permitted strictly under the "Rider + Pillion" registration package.
- Assessment: The organizers reserve the right to deny participation if a participant’s motorcycle is deemed unroadworthy or if their riding ability poses a safety risk to the group.
- Confirmation: Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. All payments are strictly non-refundable.
2 Fuel Policy
- Inclusions: Fuel is provided for the duration of the official tour itinerary only.
- Refueling: All refueling must take place at designated stops led by the Marshalls. Riders requiring premium fuel grades or additives not available at the chosen station must bear their own costs.
- Personal Riding: Fuel for any riding conducted outside the group itinerary (e.g., personal night rides) is the sole responsibility of the participant.
3 Support & Recovery Vehicle
- Purpose: A support vehicle will accompany the tour to assist with mechanical breakdowns and emergencies. This vehicle will NOT transport personal luggage. Participants must carry their own gear on their motorcycles.
- Towing: In the event of a breakdown, the support vehicle will tow the motorcycle to the nearest suitable workshop in Malaysia.
- Repatriation: If a participant requires their motorcycle to be towed back to Singapore, all additional towing fees and cross-border charges are the sole responsibility of the participant and must be paid directly to the service provider.
4 Insurance Requirement
Participants must possess valid Travel Insurance that specifically covers motorcycle touring and medical emergencies in Malaysia for the duration of the trip. TRI333PLE will not be held liable for any medical expenses, loss of income, or consequences arising from a participant’s failure to secure appropriate insurance.
5 Safety & Conduct
- Laws: All participants must adhere to Malaysian traffic laws and the instructions of the Lead and Sweep Marshalls.
- Group Pace: Riders must remain within their assigned pace groups. Overtaking the Lead Marshall or engaging in stunt riding/reckless behavior will result in immediate expulsion from the tour without a refund.
6 Risk, Liability & Media
- Inherent Risk: By registering, you acknowledge that motorcycle touring involves risks (accidents, weather, road conditions). You agree to release TRI333PLE and its partners from any liability for injury, loss, or damage.
- Media Release: By participating, you grant TRI333PLE the irrevocable right to use any photography or video footage captured during the event (featuring you or your motorcycle) for YouTube content, social media, and marketing purposes without compensation.
7 Cancellations & Changes
- Organizer Cancellation: If TRI333PLE cancels the event (e.g., due to extreme weather or regulatory changes), participants will receive a full refund.
- Itinerary Changes: The organizers reserve the right to modify the route or schedule due to traffic, road conditions, or safety concerns.
