Weekend Sprint FAQ

We will assemble early morning on Friday at the Gelang Patah R&R (northbound), just across the Singapore–Malaysia land border. The exact meeting point and briefing details will be sent to registered riders.

• Tour Conclusion: The expedition concludes back in Johor (Horizon Hills area) on Sunday.

Yes, you can. We welcome riders from around the world. We suggest flying into Singapore. We'll help you source a rental motorcycle, and you can then ride across the land border to join the group at our northbound roll-out point in Gelang Patah, which is very close to the border.

WhatsApp or email us with your riding experience and the type of bike you'd like to ride. We'll look for available options and get back to you with the rental prices. Rental fees are separate from the tour package.

Please remember to bring your home country license and a valid International Driving Permit (IDP).

Rental motorcycles are not part of the tour package, but we're happy to help. If you're an international rider flying in, or a local who doesn't own a suitable touring machine, WhatsApp or email us. We'll try to source a rental for you and let you know the rental prices involved.

If you're riding your own bike, please make sure your road tax and insurance are valid and your vehicle is serviced before the trip.

You must hold a valid Class 2A or Class 2 license. Due to the high-speed nature of the expressway sprint and the steep Karak climb, smaller displacement bikes are not recommended.

You are also responsible for ensuring your motorcycle has a valid road tax, and vehicle insurance that covers riding in Malaysia.

Riding in from overseas? You'll need a valid full motorcycle license from your home country, together with a valid International Driving Permit (IDP). Contact us if you're unsure whether your license qualifies.

We have a dedicated support vehicle and a professional bike tow service following the convoy. The crew can assist with basic troubleshooting, jump-starts, or helping to safely tow your bike to a nearby workshop.

Important: If the motorcycle suffers a major fault and cannot be repaired locally, the rider is entirely responsible for the costs and logistics of repatriating the machine back to Singapore. For rental bikes, the rental provider's terms will apply.

Yes, pillions are absolutely welcome! The combination of coastal roads and highland twists makes for a great co-riding weekend. Pillions must be registered via the Rider + Pillion package.

As a perk for the Rider + Pillion package, you will have access to Luggage Transport in our support vehicle, freeing you up to enjoy the corners without heavy top boxes or panniers.

Riding In From Overseas?

No bike? No problem. Fly into Singapore, tell us what you'd like to ride, and we'll source a rental motorcycle and send you the pricing. You then ride across the land border to join us.
