The Expedition Route

8-Day Northern Taiwan Loop

Day 0
Taoyuan

Welcome To Taiwan

Land in Taoyuan and check into our official base hotel. Meet your fellow riders, collect your welcome pack, and settle in. No riding today. Rest up, prep your gear, and get ready for an unforgettable week.

Day 1
Taoyuan ➔ Nanzhuang | 114km

Coastal Roads & Glamping

We leave the city behind for wide-open coastal stretches and our first taste of Taiwan's winding interior. By evening, ditch the standard hotel room and unwind at our exclusive mountain glamping site with a private group BBQ.

Day 2
Nanzhuang ➔ Taichung | 87km

City Lights & Street Food

Carve through lush secondary roads descending into Taiwan's cultural heartland. Drop your bags, freshen up, and dive headfirst into the legendary energy and endless street food options of the famous night markets.

Day 3
Taichung ➔ Ren Ai | 138km

Above the Clouds

This is where the real adventure begins. We throttle up massive elevation gains, threading through breathtaking alpine valleys before settling into a serene high-altitude mountain retreat.

Day 4
Ren Ai ➔ Taroko | 122km

Marble Canyons & Cliffs

A masterclass in motorcycle touring. Navigate sheer marble cliffs, hand-carved cliffside tunnels, and dramatic mountain gates that require precise timing—all fully coordinated by our support crew.

Day 5
Hualien ➔ Luodong | 112km

Ocean Breezes & Sweeping Curves

Swap the high mountains for wide-open Pacific horizons. Enjoy an uninterrupted rhythm of coastal riding, sweeping highway sweepers, and vibrant local evening markets.

Day 6
Luodong ➔ Keelung | 117km

Coastal Wonders & Historic Ports

Explore hidden coastal dune routes, roaring waterfalls, and unique cultural villages tucked away from typical tourist tracks, finishing at Taiwan's historic northern port city.

Day 7-8
Keelung ➔ Taoyuan | 120km

The Final Sprint & Celebration

Conquer the northernmost tip of the island for an epic group photo op before looping back to base. Return your machine and celebrate your accomplishment with a massive group hot pot dinner before flying home on Day 8.
