This event is open to individuals who hold a valid Class 2 or Class 2A Singapore motorcycle license and will be riding their own motorcycles. All participants must meet these criteria to ensure safety and suitability for the demanding mountain climbs and technical routes.
The organizers reserve the right to deny participation if a participant’s riding ability or motorcycle condition is deemed unsafe or unsuitable for the event.
Registration
Participants must provide accurate and complete information during registration. This information will be used solely for organizing the event, such as booking high-altitude accommodations and managing group logistics. Any incorrect or misleading information may result in disqualification.
Registration is confirmed only after full payment has been received. All payments are non-refundable once confirmed.
Insurance Requirement
Participants must possess valid travel insurance that comprehensively covers motorcycle riding and medical emergencies in Malaysia for the duration of the tour.
It is the sole responsibility of each participant to ensure that their insurance policy meets these requirements. TRI333PLE will not be held liable for any consequences arising from a participant’s failure to secure the appropriate insurance. Proof of valid insurance must be presented upon request by the organizers.
Safety & Riding Etiquette
All participants are expected to follow the traffic laws and road regulations of Malaysia. The 3 Peaks Challenge includes technical mountain passes, tight hairpins, and steep inclines. Riders are responsible for their own safety, must maintain a safe following distance, and are expected to ride within their skill level at all times.
Support Crew & Chase Vehicle
A dedicated support vehicle equipped with first-aid supplies will trail the pack to provide assistance as needed. While comprehensive support is available, participants are responsible for ensuring their motorcycles are fully serviced and road-worthy prior to the expedition.
Risk and Liability
Motorcycle touring—especially involving high-altitude ascents and mountainous terrain—involves inherent risks, including but not limited to accidents, unpredictable weather, and challenging road conditions. By registering, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to release TRI333PLE and its partners from any liability, claims, or losses arising from your participation.
Cancellation and Refunds
Organizer-Initiated Cancellations:
TRI333PLE reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event due to reasons such as extreme weather (e.g., landslides or heavy fog in the highlands), safety concerns, or regulatory changes. In this case, participants will receive a full refund of the registration fee.
Participant-Initiated Cancellations:
No refunds will be given for cancellations by participants after payment is confirmed.
Itinerary Changes:
Due to traffic, unpredictable mountain weather, or road closures, the itinerary may change. The organizers will update all participants promptly in such cases to ensure safety and trip continuity.
Privacy Policy
All personal data collected will be used exclusively for event logistics such as hotel bookings and emergency contact purposes. Information will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
Acceptance of Terms
By registering for this event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with registration.
